Thoughts on training routine and nutrition while off cycle

Just trying to get some feedback how people train and eat while natural. I have been trying to keep everything the same with training and eating, but just want thoughts on retaining muscle, recovery time naturally, and training splits, etc.... Thanks promuscle!

BE CAREFUL TO NOT OVER TRAIN OR OVER EAT..........YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF SIZE SO JUST UNDERSTAND THIS AND DON'T STRESS OVER POUNDAGES OR BODY WEIGHT.
 
Keep your training volume down as Phil said. Also do not let your bodyfat levels creep up over 12% or so. A nice 2wk bulk 2wk cut rotation works well for horemone manipulation.
Training a bodypart every fifth day works well. EOD split is a good start. Keep sets between 1-3 and movements around 1-3 for each bodypart.
Go to the article section as there are some great workouts there or just hire someone like PHil to guide you.

Cycle

How critical is it to take time off after a cycle. I am training for football right now and hate to stop because I know I will lose weight and I'm just now to the point where my size is increasing to where I need it to be. Is it ok to just keep going back to back

I know BigA advocated longer cycles pretty much going until you stop gaining and then starting PCT after that. Most important thing with this is to have regular blood work done to make sure it's not adversely effecting your health.

There is no reason for you to come off.
The only 2 reasons are health or your receptors are
saturated. If the regular blood test is OK, your
health is OK. If you are still making progress, your
receptors are OK. Coming off, will just sabotage your
gains. That's why I do not believe in set time frames
for cycles. Listen to your body.

What exactly is the doc looking for in your blood? How do I know if I'm still doing alright?
