Hey guys, this is the last piece of the puzzle I am struggling with before junior nationals.... I know the thinking for most is around a week so the blood is completely gone from the leg, the counter arguement, is that you will lose size/fullness. Just want to hear different opinions on this one... My thinking after the Cal is that I want to hit them Sunday or Monday, and actually still include some hack or hammer v squats in there, or at least some leg press supersetted with sissy squats... I know that I will be training back heavy the wednesday before the show, as my back looks a whole hell of a lot better and more detailed days after a heavy workout....thanks guys in advance....
