wtf are you trying to say? it was a genuine thread. there are lots of questionable threads around..

all i was wanted to know was what are economical and practical sources of fat you can add to bring up the fat profile of your meal(rather than protein and carbs aswell). i know i can GOOGLE this, but id rather get opinions...whats wrong with that?

Understandable and legit question,
Avocados, nuts,flax oil,borage oil, fish oil, olive oil, coconut oil, mct's, there are several more this should head you in the right direction.
Depends on your goals. .......20 to 60+ grams per day, IMO
