ahh jethro....a man after my own heart. i'm of the mind set that more is better, especially in bodybuilding, and my legs and back are gonna be the targets this next year or two.
as for stats and food:

202lbs(morning weight today)
my calories are getting lower as i'm getting close to competition.
training day: 140g carbs, 350g pro, 16g fat
off day: 40g carbs, 350g pro, 16g fat
now, skip hill is doing my diet, so it's a little different. my meals are split into carb and fat meals. so, i eat about 3-4 servings of 96/4 ground beef and i don't count the fat. same with any protein source(chicken, turkey, etc.). i only count fat from cheese, almonds, pb, etc. so, i am prbably getting a little more calories than that but whatever.
