Hi guys

Took december off of everything and let loose, sacrificed alot of muscle but need the time out .anyways been back on 2 weeks now on my new longer cycle of test e eq and deca.i have gained back quite rapidly .I am not happy with where my bodyfat is right now .the way my cycle is mini blasts with in the cycle.i am waiting for all compounds to fire before hitting first blast.

Blast is planned in about 4 to 5 weeks time.i am considering having a two week cut blast to go into it a bit leaner and prime myself for it.

I have t3 clen and ecas on hand.should I bother running anyting or just drop cal and carbs increase cardio for those 2 weeks.

Would love some suggestions

Only start incorporating the fat burners after fat loss has stalled. I would recommend starting on eca first and after you run out then introduce clen and clen alternating every week.
 
So rather start now and give a bit more time.been in two minds as I am gaining nicely now and strength is climbing great. So was going to capitilse on this spell and then use 2 weeks to just reset . But can start now would get me alot leaner by then too
 
I mean clen and t3, not clen and clen, LOL.
 
start with cleaning up your diet and stay on the diet for 3-4 weeks
then start lowering carbs and stay on clean, lower carb, diet for 3-4 weeks
then add cardio and do cardio on top of your clean, low carb diet for 3-4 weeks
then add fat burning supps for another 3-4 weeks

and you should be shredded in 12-16 weeks OR you can stop where you'll get your desired bf levels

i am currently into my bulking cycle :

the base cycle is :

test e
eq
deca

its a long cycle so i have incorporated mini blast phases every 6-8 weeks .

currently i am 2 weeks into cycle, my first blast is in another 4-5 weeks, i am just waiting for the longer esters to kick in .

the blasts basicaly i just add some short esters like npp and orals dbol and abombs pre workout for 6 weeks .

now i just feel my body fat is a tad high at the moment, probably 11-12 percent and would feel more comfortable hitting the blast at 9-10% just to keep it all in check

so was thinking of running a mini cut 2 weeks before blast just to drop maybe a percent or 2 and take advantage of the rebound effect going into the blast.

so was either just going to drop into my usual cutting diet of low carbs moderate fats high pro and increase cardio , and maybe utilise clen or t3 or both or just ecas for those 2 weeks as i have it on hand, unfortunatlley no dnp on hand at the moment.

Yeah, that will work. Of course, the more you need to lose, the harder you need to diet for such a short time. I'd throw in a few days of NO carbs and maybe even a 24h fast at the end, and this little cut could work well as a rebound when you start blasting again.
