Thank you
And what results should correlate to 50mcg?
Idealistically it would be helpful if you pulled a few thyroid parameters pre liothyronine to access your levels, e.g., TSH, FT/T4 and FT/T3. You determined your baseline.
Under those circumstances as a baseline, after a few days/week you would anticipate a drop in your TSH and FT/T4 and a rise in your FT3.
Quick question,
What bloodwork is needed to confirm T3 is real? And what results correlate to which dosage (ie. 25mcg=? , 50mcg=?)
Thanks
Today is your lucky day OP.
These are my labs from 50 mcg of US pharmaceutical T3.

2 hours after taking it fasted. I believe 2 hours is around the peak time.
You can use my labs and method as a reference if you want to test your own T3.
Curious, was this your initiating dose or repetitive daily dosing? Understandably, the PK steady state is difficult to measure with liothyronine due to its biological half-life. IIRC, the biological half-life differs between--euthyroid, hypo/hyper.
Thanks.
