Thyroid labs help

Hello guys, would love to hear your opinion.
I done 4 thyroid labs in past 3 years and every time TSH,T4,FT3 is in range except T3 is always below range.
Results:
TSH - 0.81 (range is 0.27 - 4.2 mIU/L)
T3 - 1.0 (range is 1.3 - 3.1 nmol/L)
FT3 - 3.3 (range is 3.1- 6.8 pmol/L)
T4 - 82 (range is 66 - 181 nmol/L)

On all 4 bloodworks was similar results T3 always 1.0 or 1.1
Im not using GH.

Your T3 is just barely out of range. Are you experiencing negative issues pertaining to your thyroid? I wouldn’t worry abt it personally.

You need Free T4 tested as well

Free T3 is low but that can happen from low carb, keto diet and caloric deficits. Does any of that apply to you?

Free T3 is low but that can happen from low carb, keto diet and caloric deficits. Does any of that apply to you?

No im on 600g of carbs, no hardcore diets last 2 years. Using selenium,zinc,iodine.

Any significant life stressors? Any chance you got RT3 tested as well?

No stress, no my labs dont have RT3 testing. I did 4 bloodworks past 3 years and every time very similar results. First time even FT3 was 2.9 litlle under range, but other testing low end of range.

Need Free T4 to help confirm and more importantly, any hypo symptoms? Easily cold, fatigue/sleepy, bloat in face or gut, etc

Coming from someone who was misdiagnosed for years based on TSH and finally "sub clinical" if anything is out of range I would be worried about it.

The normal range really isnt "normal". If you fall out of range that means you're in the bottom/top 2.5% of male or females being tested from 18-65 (usually depending on lab).
