So, after I leaned out, I discovered that there is definitely a little bit of loose skin. I'm not talking the big amounts of skin that hang and what have you, but more so a little bit of extra skin that is sort of affecting how lean I look, especially right around the inside elbow region. I have vascularity in my abs when cold, but still not really in my upper arm (forearm is crazy)... Could using firming lotion and/or cocoa butter help this problem, or am I young enough in which my skin will sort of tighten on its own?

EFA, olive oil, fish oil will all help. I would recomend using a good lotion anytime you take a shower. GH will also help out on this.

If it is only in your upper arm, you might need to get it checked out.

Its in my lower waist as well, I have tons and tons and tons of stretchmarks anyhow, so i know i have done skin damage to begin with, only heavy tanning and lotion therapy works for that though

stretch marks are tough, Bro. Not sure even tanning and a pricey lotion would hide them. I mean shit, ask any woman who had a kid and now has stretch marks. They don't go away but maybe lighten after many years. I had a friend in college (1990) who lost a lot of weight and had some stretch marks. I ran into her many years later (2005) and she was on her way to a surgeon to have them worked on by laser. Even then the Dr said no guarantees.

NO!!! You CAN get rid of them or at least SIGNIFICANTLY reduce their appearance. Tanning will make them MUCH worse (darker and more noticeable) and render them impossible to clear up. Use Pro_Tan or something of that nature on and around your stretch marks!
