Tightening the skin

Hey all!
I am entering the Masters Nationalsnthis July. I am concerned about the loose skin around my pecs. Does anyone know of anything that will actually work other than surgery. I am hoping that maybe there is something new out there.
Thanks for any tips you can give.

Have you checked blood work it may be estrogen related and when you up your ai's and drop fat it would go away if its not estrogen related I have no clue . Gh has really kept my skin thin and tight

I don't think there's been anything proven to work other then surgery. How bad is it ? Lots of decline bench and dips work wonders for your chest.

I have the same problem in my lower abdomen. Years of yo-yo dieting plus my age (52), has completely destroyed the elasticity of the skin. I know a tummy tuck is probably in order, but that is never going to happen, so would be interested if there is something topical that could be applied, even if just for a contest or photo shoot, that would work.

I have heard hemroid creme and it works albeit temporary. Also I have been told seran wrap midsection at night.

Mike post a pic of the skin u speak of. I'm guessing its the lower outer area ur talking about?? If that's the case, someone has already mentioned using the decline machine to fill it in. Sit deep in the machine and use a very wide grip and focus mentally on that lower outer region. Good deep stretch with every rep. Has done wonders filling in my chest in the area I'm talking about. It will take severàl months to work. Do this as ur first chest exercise and lots of set volume.

It could also be something that ur contest prep will take care of as it's prolly just fat. Either way u will look much better as u prep.

Post o pic so we can see. Ur avatar pic shows a well developed chest with no loose skin u speak of. That's why I'm assuming its the lower/ outer area.

I went in yesterday to one of those Laser plastic surgery places to look into this. had two options for me. The first was around 6.5k and the other was multiple treatments at about 500 each time. Problem is there is no guarantee I will get the results I am looking to get. Not sure if I will go through with it or not. Its a lot of cash. There is something called care credit though you can get to finance it all with no interest for a year I think.

Thanks buddy! I just started dips but I will also start decline bench. I still have 14 weeks but I just am not sure how fast skin can tighten up at my age. I am using alot of peptides (instead of gh) so I hope that helps...thanks for your response bro!

Hey EJ! This is the best Board; always lots of awesome answers to questions I have posted. I will post a pic very soon and you are right it is the outer area that I am concerned about. I will start doing the decline and thanks for mentioning a wide grip as I probably would have done a narror grip. We have Hammer Strength Chest machines including decline so I assume that will do the trick. I am already seeing what you are referring to, in that as the weeks go by of contest prep it is looking better. I guess I just want to make sure that I don't get 2 weeks away and do a double bicep pose and have any hanging skin around the pecs.

I really appeciate your feedback as always brother!

Beaver, me too. I have the Canadian brand of Preparation H which has Biodyne in it and supposedly it will help. My trainer has also told me about the seran wrap using it (sounds like a real pain but I will do anything I have to for this contest. Thanks for replying, man!

haha, I just bought some of the prep-h with Bio dyne myself. started it last night lol

Yep, I have already gone to a top plastic surgeon here and got about the same price. However, I hardly have money for my precontest stuff as it is lol and no way can I have that kind of money for the surgery.
