Time between follistatin cycles?

I've used this stuff once and my weight went up by like 4-5 lbs, zero sides other than a few extra ticks on my measuring tape.

Does anyone know how often it's advisable to dose this stuff?

From what other threads say from respected PM members the longer you stay on the better the results. Theres heaps of comments on Follistatin, if you put follistatin in the search section you will find heaps

Im new to peps but Ive read alot and I havent seen anyone complaning about sides. Seems like a dream product.

One thing I'm concerned about as far as sides is tendon issues. Some of the studies with myostatin knock-out mice showed hypocelluar tendons on biopsy.

Any reports of increased incidence of tendon rupture among follistatin users?

I didnt have any tendon issues or pain either, but I did train at about 80% of normal weight with higher reps as I was paranoid about injuries happening.
