Whats fishy about it?? He didn't ask about anything that shouldn't be asking about...
Sounds like he just wants some good advice.
Good luck bro! Sounds like you are off to a good start. You will definitely need to research diet as yours is not real good for bodybuilding.
Congrats on getting honest with yourself and starting on a healthy track!
hows it goin guys? my name is josh. im new to this forum and i can already say looks like the best place to be. ive been working out for about 6 years now and im 22. im 5'11" and 250. Ive never really dedicated myself to lifting or working out but ive decided its time. for the last 4 or 5 years ive partyed pretty hard, drinking every weekend, smokin pot, even did some cocaine but now im ready to leave all that mess behind and become the best person i can. I have the frame to become really big and thats my plan. ive quit drinking and smoking(2 weeks off!) and started lifting every morning at 630 and doing cardio after work. Ive replaced fast food meals with wholesome foods and even after just 2 weeks i feel amazing! i'll be posting up my progress as i go along. just wanted to introduce myself as i'll prolly have some questions for you guys along the way! here is my current workout outline and diet if you guys would like to critique. any help or comments are welcome!
