Thanks for the words of encouragement!

I just got done practicing my posing and routine. My large mirror is in front of my Power Rack in the basement. The lighting is flourescent, which I though wasn't bad.

I thought I looked a little flat today - first day of carb-up and cut water to 1 gallon. Then I went up into another room that had LOTS of natural light in it and HOLY SHIT - I've never had this kind of definition!

I'm still holding some water but tomorrow we'll see if it'll shed - only 16 oz green tea all day and increase in carbs. My Demadex came in today and may just take it Friday evening to "make sure" I'm dry enough.
