Anyone ever take time off for a few weeks just because? I'm just feeling really beat up and tired right now!!!! I don't really want to eat or train or anything!!! I was thinking about just taking a week or two off from training and dieting and everything. Just feeling kinda burnt out on everything. I've seriously missed maybe two workouts this entire year of training! So I feel i've made some progress. Do you guys take time off occasionally from everything just to fullly recover from the heavy lifting? Plus that will still leave me a full three months to get nice and tight for summer.
