Time to contribute. My thoughts on the "transition"

They do build muscle without even training. One 28 day study had participants lie in bed in a slight decline position 24 hours a day. They were administered 50mcg of T3 to increase catabolism. Energy intake was isocaloric. Half the participants were given 200mg of test enanthate a week. The steroid group still increased lbm by 4+ pounds! while the group that didn't receive T lost muscle.

Then there was the study that compared weight lifters on no steroids and non-lifters who received testosterone. The testosterone group increased their muscle mass way more than the training group!

Steroids will increase muscle mass with no training.
I agree KS. They will opbviously yeild better results at LBM building when you place the nutrition and training in the equation. This is what I was saying in effect, just got carried away. Yes they will build muslce without doing anything. Just not as much or as fast. Thanks for those studies too. Good reads!!

so what im getting here is, with a good workout routine, low dose test(200mg a week) and diet, will yeild good results, but, add t3 to the cycle, and the body fat will come off faster?

don't worry about that bro, you just need to focus on getting your training up to par before considering any more exogenous hormones.;)
