ok well heres my dilema. the weights are not progressing. im verry tired all the time, and just feel run down and frustrated in general. im getting easily annoyed at emloyees. and when i do go to bed i dont sleep well. is it time for me to take a week and cruise? ive never really ran into this before so im not sure what to do.
 
Absolutely..

Sounds like you have all the classic signs...

A couple of days off will do you wonders.. Go see a movie and have a fantastic cheat meal or three and just chill-out for a couple of days focusing on your loved ones..
 
Yes... Take a rest.. I find 1 to 2 weeks is sufficient.. Cut back on the carbs.. Get in lots of veggies.. Do some light cardio..

I hate these phases, but they happen. Listen to your body bro...get some rest. Im right there with you.
 
ive taken that last 2 days off and im feeling better already, im going to take the rest of the week and do some cardio. thanks for the help.
