Time to reorder syringes

I'm nearly through my first box of 100 of the cheap Amazon 31G 1cc 5/16 Inch(8mm). I'd say they worked ok, but were not very consistent day in and day out- Some days they felt VERY blunted. But, I have no point of reference. Seems like Easy Touch is the go to but, is it really all that different to justify 2.5 x the price?

I only use BD these days as i can afford it and i figure i am worth it. I started buying by the case a while ago to save costs and having to order so often.

They have consistently had the best quality that i have found. I have used syringes made for animals an they work and are cheap and are sterile but they don't have to worry about their patients complaining so the quality of the needle and syringe is lacking.

I'm not buck, but BDs have a sharp nettle and a smooth barrel. I like BD, and a couple other, i never go for the cheaper ones

easy touch are good , but i've recently switched to these and am very satisfied, i even go through two stoppers then inject and i cant even tell, $11 for box of 100 from Adw diabetes supply

I also use the same easy touch ones for hgh and other water based compounds that need small volume and inject either subq or small sites. For higher volume or deeper IM i use either BD or Nipro usually, depending on what I found in stock or in the size I needed when ordering. Typically 27g 1/2" or 5/8" for smaller sites, and 25g 1" for larger. I used to use 1.5" but find that 1" works well for me at my current leanness. I used to draw with bigger needles (eg 18g or 21g) to make it go faster but after getting some leaky tops after too many punctures, I switched to drawing with either 25g (GSO) or 27g (MCT) and my stoppers dont fall apart now. I always warm my vials on a coffee warmer before drawing

I ended up going with the Easy Touch. They're good, no complaints. I think I've just been overthinking it. And, to continue the overthinking trend, I ordered an injector pen that I want to try out for one of my dailies. I'm going to try out the BD pen tops. They seem to be the gold standard. -nice tip on the warming!
