I'm 27 years old and have been lifting for 8 years straight (edit: started at 155 lbs). Four years ago I started doing a couple cycles a year. It's always been 500 mg test/week.
Off cycle, I sit around 200 lbs (at 5'11") and 12 - 14% body fat. On cycle, I get to about 215 and 10%. This has happened for the last three cycles or so.
I'm not satisfied with how big I've been able to get though. At 500 mg/week, I'm hitting my limit at about 215 lbs. To get to 225 or 230 lbs on, should I up to something like 750 mg/week? A gram?
I'm doing all I can in the kitchen and gym. Trust me, I work hard at eating right and train intensely. I live like a body builder, even though I'm a little small. 215 is as big as I'm ever going to get on 500 mg.
