My wife tells me I am already big enough. I want to cut and keep my existing muscles. Probably drop about 8-10 lbs. I figure I need to start doing more cardio and fine tune the diet. I would appreciate all advise on training+ diet plans(I only eat seafood ,no red-meat of any kind) AAS advise also appreciated..

Well if all you want is to drop BF and you aren't going to be onstage, then just cut calories. Thats it.

If you do it without chemical assistance you will keep the conditioning, possibly forever. If you use drugs to do it you won't learn how your body works to drop the fat and you will just put the fat back on.
 
stats? assuming your not super lean 8-10 lbs can be done simply by cleaning up diet and hitting cardio a few times a week. no need for aas to loose the weight

I apoligize man but this just reminded me of years ago when I used to love to read the AutoTrader Magazine. There would always be guys that would place and add selling like a 78 TransAm or Camaro. They would always start the add with "Wife says it's got a go or she goes" or "Baby on the way the wife says the Corvette has got to go"


hahahahah......sorry I am just amusing myself here, it's raining and my wife is in Tampa.
