Anybody else have a sched problems....?? Seems like I am always behind!! Need a good scheduler or application to manage my time. Just almost impossible to get work, food, gear, workout, and rest done with precision?? Not mention participate on this forum....

May have to quit work to keep up.... that whole work ethic thing has been a pain in my ass from the start!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time management is a skill, you just need to find ways to increase your skill in that department.

A great start is the Reminder/Notes apps in your phone. There's no way I could keep up with employees' needs, family matters, etc.. without it.

I also keep a spreadsheet on a protected flash drive at work for my gear use as well as any changes to diet. When I get some downtime I update it. Or even easier, use your phone! Everything can be done on your phone, and there is literally an app for almost everything.

Best way is to write it down. Makes a huge difference

Get a planner and a lunchbox/cooler. Get up early and go to bed early as you can. Just one of those things you're going to have do with trial and error.

I certainly need to learn to use this phone better.... It gets harder to keep up with technology as the years go by... the stone tablets we use to use are so outdated...

Yeah you can set that thing up to beep at you when it's time for each meal if you need it to lol.

Yes, totally agree. To not get enough sleep starts a whole crescendo of bad things, starting with our health. It's real easy to slack on healthy habits when we get too busy.
I use on the weekends a pad of paper that I write things down on and check off as I accomplish and the day goes on. During the week I use the calendar in my phone as reminders of important things. Gotta prioritize important things and make sure they get done.

I agree. Got two jobs and a business to run, in an incredibly bureaucratic country. I hear ya.

I write it down and stick to it. The second part is crucial. Turn off the show, get out of the house. Just go. It's satisfying to tick things off the list and if you know it's waiting for you to get ticked off, it's like a goal rather than a bother. It becomes a game, sometimes planning the route, "I'll be here at 1pm, here is close to there, so there is next". Saves travel time, which is wasted time.

And as Tenny said, shit doesn't go to plan often. So the list can run over to the next day. Fine. Still easier if you have a list in order of priority.

As far as our lifestyle, honestly, meal prep is a huge help. Make as much as you can and store it. I try to do this on Sunday evening, when all lists are done, weekend is over and house is clean. Its like starting the week with a win.

And clothing prep. Yes. pick out some shit to wear if that's important to your day or work and just put it on when you need to.

Make a list of priorities and stay disciplined. An excellent book suggestion.

Don't sweat the petty stuff , just pet the sweaty stuff

I would function much better if there were 36 hours in a day. Can we sign a petition to enact the 36 hour day into effect? Perhaps we could slow the rotation of the earth and wear heavy weighted clothing to prevent the loss in gravity from sucking us upward?

it is very important to do a schedule. We should have a plan whatever we work or fitness.
The schedule may not solve all of your problems, but it will make you more aware of how you spend your time.
In fact, in each reminder remind yourself to schedule the next one!
