Timeline to drop calories without losing muscle

I want to start focusing on cutting for summer. My training and diet have been consistent and I’ve definitely grown again since December. I’m currently 222# @ probably 18% bf. I work in an office 6 days/week from 8-5p. I train 6 days/week from 1-2.5hrs depending on what body part (usually 40mins cardio included). I’m not really able to run because I did a 50ml ultramarathon 5yrs ago and got plantar fasciitis. Usually ride stationary bike, walk or elliptical. I take in 2300-2700cals per day.

I’m running 400mgs Deca(dropping deca this week)/500mgs test-c/200mg tren-a

What is a timeline for dropping calories and how many calories should I be dropping per week to lose fat/water without losing too much muscle.
 
rule of thumb is 500 calories below maintenance until you stall out on weight loss. then adjust further.
