Timing of Dbol/Orals Pre-Workout

I often read people mention how they take dbol something like 30-60min pre workout. However, with a half life of ~4 hours does it really matter or is it something that just needs to be in your system? It seems surprising to me that if you were taking it for say a 4 week cycle that at some point in the middle of these 4 weeks taking it right before your workout would make your strength in that workout any different than if you had taken it at a different time (i.e. I thought the changes in strength were from the overall moderate-term changes the dbol causes in your body, not any sudden changes that would occur in only an hour or so).

Likewise, if anyone knows, I was wondering the same for superdrol. The half life is about 8 hours so if you're splitting up 20-30mg/day in ~10mg doses 3x/day does it matter if you have a dose right before your workout or is one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one at night going to give the same results?
 
spaced out 40mgs through out the day worked just fine
taking too many at one shot just raised BP or acid reflux
around 3rd week but like they say everybody body reacts differently
but better safe than burping up lava...lol;)
 
johnjaunb1 swears by taking GS Dbol 30 minutes before. Thats enough proof for me lol
 
it might be mind games but I swear im stronger when taking it right before a workout
 
10 or 15 mgs 1 or 2 hours before a WO gives a nice kick. Get full and strong and huge pumps.
 
I think it would make the most sence to have it at full strenth at workout.
Dbol @ 4hrs, Adrol @ 8 and halo 1 hr prior, works for me.
It would also have you at your most anabolic state at your biggest feeding window.

Just get your doses in evenly throughout the day. It doesn't make that much of a difference. If it was test suspension then I would worry about taking it preworkout.
 
I like to take a dose 30min before a work out. I noticed a nice difference. Little kick. I would think the same for all orals.
 
I've tried about every possible way. I don't notice any difference taking it one hour pre but know a lot of guys who like it. For me it was no different.

I also tried all at once (50mg) and 10mg-20mg at a time split thru day.

For me, I didn't really notice any difference at all between either wayuncluding 50mg pre or 50mg 4 hours pre.

I guess it could be an individual thing but as long as I'm taking dbol it works great so I go with convenience, sometimes I split dosing, sometimes I don't but I try to stay consistent with it.

Sounds like me, a lot of these little timing things that seem to make a difference for some people seem to make no difference with me including with supplements (which I pretty much don't take anymore) and different macro timing.

you are saying 4 hours before work out? or that the half life is 4 hours? what about Tbol
 
Both, I would think its androgenic properties are peaking at half life, and still fully anabolic for post wkout anabolism.
Have not ran t-bol

There could be other properties about the drug that just are not in the literature. I cant tell you how many times a drug is used for a single purpose for over 20 years and whamo, they find it causes vasodilation or something. I cant imagine it has anything to do with its anabolic (intracellular) properties.
Just a thought
 
30mg before my workouts give me great pumps. I'd swear I can tell a difference when I don't take it.
 
Yeah, I don't know why or the science behind it but when I pop 10mg 30-45 min preworkout the pumps are fun : ) give it a shot, the worse that can happen is you get part of your dbol dose in!
 
I have taken them pre work out. I don't like the idea of not having a lot of protein in my stomach when taking them and its hard to eat alot before a work out.
 
For those of us who ONLY take it before workout and not every day there is a huge difference. I don't want the bloat and high bp 24/7 so I only take 20mg dbol 1 hour before training and notice a significant difference then without.

Interesting, do you have off weeks/months or do you just always take dbol pre-workout year round?
 
I'm on 30mg / day...take 10mg upon waking, 10mg pre-workout (pumps are great!), and 10mg before bed.
