Timing of Dbol/Orals Pre-Workout

spaced out 40mgs through out the day worked just fine
taking too many at one shot just raised BP or acid reflux
around 3rd week but like they say everybody body reacts differently
but better safe than burping up lava...lol;)

Just get your doses in evenly throughout the day. It doesn't make that much of a difference. If it was test suspension then I would worry about taking it preworkout.

It does make a difference if you look at it from a different angle (Health)

I just prefer putting some strain on my body once a day instead of multiple times a day

I vote pre workout. don't forget that it will be also active during your pre and post workout nutrition.

I find it interesting how people have mentioned the pumps so much. I have read that superdrol gives pumps better than dbol but being on 22.5mg superdrol per day for the last few weeks I can't say I notice much more of a pump (except that which comes from the extra volume I've added).
I have done this for 5 years straight. Bloodwork is always good.

Interesting. I wonder if other health problems not found in blood work could be present, but I don't really know one way or the other.
 
I do 20mgs hour and a half prior to workoputs.Youre probally good to go in one hour but i play it safe.Half life is 4 hours so i take it at 8am 12pm and 4pm.Seems to work well for me.

Dbol @ 4hrs, Adrol @ 8 and halo 1 hr prior, works for me.
It would also have you at your most anabolic state at your biggest feeding window.

I have always split my D-Bol up three times a day and never thought they did that much for me. Tried this today with 45 mgs and went heavier than normal with good pump, then came home and ate like a champion. Think when I come off cruise I will start doing 4 weeks like this and if have too just eat a lot of Zantac

Blood plasma levels do not peak after one half life has passed. In fact, some half lives refer to the time it takes for blood plasma levels to reach half that of their steady state value. Peak plasma levels occur well before one half life has elapsed.
 
40mg an hour before i workout. didnt notice a difference taking 10mg every 3-4 hours besides it seemed to kill my appetite more
