tiny glass particles from amps......

i just started using some ukrainian prop amps and those little bastards pretty much shatter when i break em open everytime.... alot of the glass ends up down inside the amps, i used a 22g to draw with and then shot with a 25g. do you think any of them could be small enough to where it would be able to get through the 25g and end up getting shot inside me?

i shot my left delt 2 days ago and the right one the day before, right one didn't get at all sore from it and now the left one is getting pretty damn sore, it might just be normal injection soreness but the glass thing has been on my mind all day so i thought i'd post it here and see what you all thought.

You should of used a filter. I don't know bro. Wait to see if it turns into an infection, red and warm to the touch or just go see a doc and get an x-ray. I don't know if it will show up but the doc would know more.

Like Scott said, you could always use a filter if you are worried. Buy a couple the next time your order sticks. Whatman Syringe Filters are usually about $5 a piece, but are worth it to have them around.

A Whatman wont work as they will hold at least 1/2 cc of the amp he is trying to shot. Just buy some filter needles their cheap and will filter out all the glass particles while you draw up into your syringe, then just place on the needle you gonna stick with.

ok thanks... i've broke alot of amps over the years and these bastards are by far the worst, i score around em with a razor and put a pen cap over them, snap it and it's like the whole top shatters and alot ends up in the solution.
i switch to a 25g to shoot with because i figured it would have to be alot smaller to get through that than a 22g and if there was any in it it would probably clog it up. i looked at the syringes under a good light and didnt see any debris in it at least nothng i could see.... i dont' know its just been on my mind all day so i thought i'd try to get some opinions...

They do work, you just need to trun the syring upside down for a while to let the oil go through. Then draw in more with the syringe once it gets to the bottom half. I've done it.

Exactly. Filter needle is the way to go. Just a reminder to read that well: draw up with a filter needle but don't shoot with it. Otherwise, you defeat the purpose.
