If you have problems with your lungs, try the sauna.
I helped me a lot.
All my breatingissues are gone since I use the sauna a couple times a week.
It's also good for your skin and bloodpressure.

Ephedrine Fellas... Bronchiodilator..

makes my breathing more efficient.. kills any tren issues too..
 
Wet or dry sauna? I have access to both. Definitely would like to try an see if this works
 
I might try out tren and do this when I'm back at school
 
I use albuterol pills or spray and it does the job for me very well...

I like the wet one with steam. I try to enhale deep a couple times and I actually feel my lungs go open. I feel great after the sauna. :)
Sadly there are a LOT of gay guys in the sauna in my gym.
I only go during the day when the creepy gay dudes are at work :mad:
I hate gay dudes :sport-smi

Lmao yeah golds gym around here is notorious for that. Im lucky tho I have both where I live and no one ever uses them. Allways empty. :D

Real bikrim everyday? Wow you must feel fuggin great. Are you a bodybuilder? There is no way this would not have a negative effect on training.

Actually I do Ashtanga and vinyasa most of the week and only bikram 2 times per week, Ashtanga and vinyasa are advanced forms of yoga which involve pushups, situps, handstands, inversions that are much more difficult then regular bikram...I'm a recreational bodybuilder, but I do no cardio whatsoever, the yoga is my cardio, so my weight training is based on Phil hernons style, brief workouts and 1 set per body part...I'm natural and 180lbs at 5'7" so it hasn't really hindered my gains much but i def think I could be stronger in the weight room if I did less yoga...and yes I do feel good, I feel like shit when I miss a day...my complexion, sleep, digestion, mental/emotions, natural hormone levels, and my "cardio" system have improved drastically
