Never had a problem staying lean, but I have never been fat in my life and have never ate junk...when I try to grow I just eat as much as I can clean food and train as hard as I can high volume high intensity. No carb cutoffs, no nutrient timing or separation, no carb/fat cycling, no fat burners, no cardio and sh!t like that when trying to grow, carbs are anabolic, carb cutoffs means you limit time when you are in anabolic state, fat burners are catabolic, cardio is catabolic and burns cals you need to eat I do not see reason to do things like that when you are growing...if you are gaining too much fat - simply just cut the food overall not carbs not protein not fats but foods overall, to much fat gains = too many cals consumed not just carbs but cals overall, if you need fat burners not to gain fat - just simply cut the food overall, if you need cardio in the offseason not to get fat - just simply cut the food overall it is simply as that...carbs cutoffs, cardio, fat burners things like that - save it during precontest and grow as big as you can in the offseason without any limitations
