tips for self injecting delts

WTF is with all these posts lately by people that can't figure out how to inject their own glutes, delts, etc. Can you wipe your own ass? Can you scratch your own shoulder? Seriously guys.

.......duct tape the dart to the wall or door
right around the "area" your trying for....
then ease yourself on into it.......walaaaa

i always find myself shaking while doing it, and it causes the needle to move around a lot. some guys have said to lean against a wall, as it properly braces your arm, and minimizes shaking, for a more smooth shot. does anyone else have any other tips?

get down on your knees in front of your bed

lay your arm across the bed

This will put less tension on the shoulder since the arm is supported

reach over and inject. Goes in very softly

Cut a 1/2 inch deep by 1/2 inch long gash in my shoulder.

and pour it on in.

your going to want to constantly pick at the wound so it doesnt heal...

Oh and DONT wash it, the dirt helps hold the oil in on the next shot.

I just read that exact protocol in last month's BassMaster Magazine. The author claimed it's also a fantastic supplementary way to get fish oil.

Using a 25 gauge pin w/ 3cc's makes for a loooong injection. I don't like to, but I DO occasionaly have to hold the syringe against the wall and lean into it. 80% of my 2x weekly shots are in my delts.

Worst thing about delt injections? The oil will sometimes not dissipate well, and you'll have painful, unsightly lumps on your side delts. Massage your delts hard after your injection.

Best thing about delt injections. You'll get some site injection freakiness...mine kind of look like I've grown a second medial head

rather do delts then glutes any day! hate twisting my body to get to glutes.
