What's the proper way to inject the outer bicep head? Do you go outside of the vein and point the needle towards the muscle from an angle or are you supposed to go straight down from the top. Arm straight or flexed? Inner head injection - straight down from the top? I assume you're supposed to go straight down otherwise you might go between muscles.
