That helped me a lot I think. In the end though the only thing I found that worked for me to maintain most of my gains from a cycle was to cruise on about 250-350mg test/week. Thats a bad idea though and I dont recommend it.
Overall youll have to decrease both caloric intake and volume of lifting. like someone else said try to keep intensity the same. You are going to lose some muscle no matter what you do. If you dont decrease calories you will put on bodyfat since youre matabolism is going to slow down significantly. If you dont decrease the volume of exercise you do then you will overtrain. If you do neither you will both get fat and overtrain which will lead to even more muscle loss! Fun stuff.
