I know bringing up a lagging muscle has been touched based upon countless times. However I hope that this is different.
Last March I developed a nerve issue that caused my right tricep to lose all function.Completely strange because I just woke up with it one morning. For about a month it I had constant tingling in my right hand. I lost so much function in my right tricep that it took me 6 months to do one rep on db bench with a 35lb db.
Fast forward to now. I have been working heavily my right side so strength is almost balanced. Lat, shoulder, bicep, pec and forearm are almost equal to the left side. To the untrained eye, nobody will notice. However I notice.
Any ways, does anyone have any ideas that they have used to bring up a very specific lagging muscle besides prioritizing it and tons of volume?
What has partially piqued my interest is MGF or IGF Des with blood occlusion training. Would SEO work for long term effects?
Let me know if you guys have any ideas.
