Tips to Bring Up A Lagging Muscle From Injury

I know bringing up a lagging muscle has been touched based upon countless times. However I hope that this is different.

Last March I developed a nerve issue that caused my right tricep to lose all function.Completely strange because I just woke up with it one morning. For about a month it I had constant tingling in my right hand. I lost so much function in my right tricep that it took me 6 months to do one rep on db bench with a 35lb db.

Fast forward to now. I have been working heavily my right side so strength is almost balanced. Lat, shoulder, bicep, pec and forearm are almost equal to the left side. To the untrained eye, nobody will notice. However I notice.

Any ways, does anyone have any ideas that they have used to bring up a very specific lagging muscle besides prioritizing it and tons of volume?

What has partially piqued my interest is MGF or IGF Des with blood occlusion training. Would SEO work for long term effects?

Let me know if you guys have any ideas.

You need to find more ways to train it and fix it that way. Why would you think there would be some drug/compound that’s gonna jus do the “magic trick” your looking for? And honestly your story makes so little sense I don’t even know if it i really believe it

Work it more often to stimulate the nerves.

The body can overcome a lot you just keep trying different things

As long as you're trying 👍

proper training, not oil and magic drugs and whatever occlusion training is.

volume and make it stronger

I have no reason to lie.

I am not looking for a “magic trick.” What I am looking for is something else to add to help bring the size of the muscle back up to its previous levels.

I spent one year training nothing but single arm movements with my right side and never touching my left. In the attempts regain symmetry between both sides.
In the past 5 weeks I just started back to barbells and things since the strength between both sides are balanced.

Reason why I was reaching out was to see if anyone else had any other ideas besides the training factor for the growth of a lagging muscle.

when my arm was at its worst I was doin mainly iso/unilateral type exercises but always working both sides. I believe there has been studies done that show working both sides still can help. Anyways with myself I started with mainly iso but still using barbells and machines that used both sides as well. As time went on and my arm was gettin stronger i jus really paid attention to my journaling more than usual and making sure I was doin movements that I felt I had the absolute best mind -muscle connection with. And now to this day I believe both sides are even for the most part but the surgery arm still isn’t as strong as my other side yet. Here’s my most recent pics of my arm size just to show you my progress and this started in mid February this year

Every workout session, post workout, pick one-two unilateral exercise and do 3 sets of the injured muscle only. Preferably light weight and high reps to get blood into that area
