tired from t4

anyone else on gh, start taking pharma t4 200mcg/day and start to feel more and more tired after a couple weeks on it?
ive tried adding it twice, and get the same exhaustion from it both times.

its seem contrary to what I should expect, and wondering if theres an explanation for it?

never tried t3, kinda afraid to try it because of the potential long term thyroid issues.

Do an iodine spot test on your arm, as seen on youtube. It should disappear in 24 hours, or more iodine and selenium is indicated. I would never take T4 without selenium. Blood test for T3 uptake, to make sure its being broken from T4>T3 in the liver.
Lastly, if your cortisol levels are whack, it will never work.
TSH is a stupid test, based only on T4, not on effectiveness of T3., so get them all measured.

I'm the same way. I can even sleep after dosing clen, sometimes. Depends on the day and many other factors.
