I competed as a natural bodybuilder for years in several different federations. I was totally clean and really kind of had a chip on my shoulder about the whole thing. Anyone who looked better than me could not be natural; they were cheating.
I began to learn more about gear and to use it as a tool to improve my condition. All of the years of natural bodybuilding taught me to diet correctly. It really could not have gone any better the last time I competed. I was fuller and leaner than ever, but I didn't rely on the drugs; they were only tools to achieve my ultimate goal.
