So I have to eat 5 of my 6 meals at work. I don’t get breaks, usually standing up scarfing down chicken fast as I can and chugging green beans out of the can. I want to cut it down to 4 meals on work days so instead of 6 50g protein meals I was thinking 4 meals of 50g meat protein +25g casein.
I can’t do whey shakes...they fuck with my BG and I get hangry and feel like shit.
So like
0830: 75g protein
1230:75g protein
1630: 75g protein
2030: 75g protein
There will me carbs/fats too lol just saying 4 large meals
