i just read sg 4 titan training. its such a scam. it goes against all the principals they had. its so different, that it seems like they just made shit up to have something new to sell. and the book itself looks like a panphlet. dont waste the time and money on this crap. loe costa has a pic in it. he is such a liar he is juiced to the max, natural my ass!!!!!!!! anyone else read or worse yet try it??? the specialization part is a regular 15 set per workout per bodypart session. hmm real cutting edge huh? and where are all the monsters it creates? not like phil and dc. they create monsters,ots...bahhhhh.......

the only real new thing is "muscle rounds". which is rest pause training. heres how it goes: pick a wt you can do 10 reps w, then do 4 reps,rest 10 sec, do another 4 reps. do this a total of 6 times. hmmm mentzer was doing this a long time ago. and dc has rest pause too. plus it still advocate the high fat diet. its a good diet but it doesnt work for everyone. the least book gave you a choice at least of which diet you wanted to use. te new routine uses 15 sets per bodypart as opposed to 3 per workout. its a long routine(12 weeks worth) and i suck at typing so its kinda hard to type th whole thing here.
