Which one do you prefer the most. Do you prefer small carb intake pre/post workout, or do you prefer the 24-48 hour refeeds on the weekend, for example?
Do you feel it makes a difference to your gym performance which one you use? Which do you perform best using?
 
I can't give specifics about gym performance but im sure I have used both in the past.

Id assume tkd is better

Ckd pros
- more of a carb cycling, could be better for insulin sensitivity and fat loss
- high carb day may bump metabolism

Cons
-no pre and post carbs
- refeed can get a little crazy without discipline

Tkd pros
-carbs pre and post each workout

Cons
-I guess no refeed to look forward to?

That's my initial thoughts. I prefer carb cycling tbh. Workout days higher carbs less fat. Off days opposite. Protein always high.
 
I prefer TKD. The carbs are there when you need them most.
