TMT prep and training

I always thought your condition is what held you back. (not knocking you, just my perspective). Clearly that won't be an issue this year.
No knocking at all bro, you are 100% correct. Working my ass off to overcome that conditioning obstacle. TMT will make it happen if it kills me..ha ha ha

right now it's short, heavy, intense workouts, don't have much fuel in the tank so I hit it hard fast and short while I'm in there.

yes, I can pretty much do anything. 1 arm overhead dumbell extensions give an uncomfortable feeling and doing rear delts on a pec deck machine give an uncomfortable feeling, other than that it's all good it's just a tiny bit weaker than my left tricep. It was my right tricep that tore recently not my bicep, I tore my left bicep about 2 years ago and never got it repaired as it never hurt or stopped me from training, it tore from the shoulder. Anyone that lifts hard enough, long enough is going to tear some shit

Hey Out,

Just depends on how much time we have and how lean the client is.

We almost never use a refeed or cheat day.
That would be something a client may do deep in their offseason.

But a cheat meal (one single meal) is often used during a prep.

It all boils down to progress and goals.
