Anyone use the baking soda for preworkout ? Its claim to fame is massive pump .. anyone add a tablespoon to their pre drink?

To much can cause a quick trip to the bathroom if one is availably if not it can make a long run very uncomfortable. To deal with the fluid dumped into the intestines to dilute the sodium in it. I found that our a couple times when i used it long ago.

I agree.. not using .. ya know tik tok lol. Just like Swiss chems are amazing lol. I’m about to run the best pre-workout ever made . Like a pro -behemoth .. lands tomorrow for me..
