Please take time to answer this post. I would really appreciate it if a bunch of you would detail your diets. I do not mean 500 grams of protein 250 carbs etc. What I am looking for is more like this. 6:30 am 15 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal. What foods do you guys actually eat? Thanks for your participation. Mr.Clean

mrclean, do search for "Big-H and diet". he gives a very detailed off-season eating plan. he has several laid out eating plans on the board, just search his name.

my contest diet right now: 10 weeks out

7am 40 minutes cardio: bike
8am 9 egg whites 2 yolkes 2/3 cup oatmeal with one pack equal
10-10:30 1 mesotech in water
12:30 15 oz chicken 8 oz baked potato 1/2 green beans
2:30 same meal as above
5pm same meal with out the baked potato
6 train
immediatley after training: 1 mesotech with water
10:30pm i do a three day rotation
day 1: 15 oz steak 10 oz broc
day 2: 15 oz shrimp 10oz broc
day 3: 15 oz salmon 10 oz broc


i am by no means a "great" bodybuilder.
i've won a couple of national qualifiers as a heavy weight, but like the name of this board says, their are pros here that could add a lot more.
 
Off season - whatever I wish. If I feel like McDonals, I have McDonalds. If I feel like pizza, that's what I eat. I eat every 2 hours though. And I also have a protein shake with almost every meal to make sure the protein intake is there.
Yes, I am bloated and ugly offseason :p

My competition diet is pretty much what I outlined in the Getting Ready for Competition thread in the Articles Section.
