To coffee or not to coffee

I do the K cup coffee, let it get cold, then mix that and some raw milk and enjoy
 
Scoop of anhydrous caffeine + mini scoop of tianeptine = good morning.

I'll grab a little coffee at work sometimes because it's there. Actually, I intend to bump up my tea intake and scale back on the caffeine powder somewhat.
 
Drink coffee. 16oz to maybe 24oz in Sunday morning. I prefer not to say I drink mine black, I drink mine unadorned.
 
I tried quitting caffeine/coffee once ha never again I do 2 or 3 cups in the morning and 1 or 2 before my workouts 3 or 4 days per wk.
Recently I started drinking bullit proof coffee in the mornings love the stuff.
Basically it's coffee with butter and MCT oil in it!
Per cup I put
Organic coffee
2 tblsps grass fed butter
2 tblspns MCT oil
A dash of vanilla and cinnamon
Whipped on high speed in a blender
Good stuff!

Do you put the coffee in the blender already hot? or do you heat up the coffee after you have blended it all?

What's the reason for adding butter? I'm just curious because that's the first time I've heard of someone putting butter in coffee.
 
When i worked in and office I drank coffee all day.....it killed me but I loved it....now 2-3 cups in the AM with a little low fat milk....
 
just have a coffee during tired working,more coffee means more anxious and terrible insomnia:banghead:
 
I brew the coffee prewarm the blender and cup with hot water. Then pour the hot coffee into the blender add the butter, MCT oil, vanilla and cinnamon blend on liquify pour into prewarmed cup. It's frothy like a latte.

Grass fed butter is the main ingredient for bullit proof coffee. Google it!
 
Coffee is a wonderful thing. I drink an 8oz with breakfast before workout. I also have a 20 oz on my way to work!
 
I thought I read somewhere that Coffee was good for you. I prefer green tea these days but its hard to pass up a starbucks in the morning if I can find one.
I use to drink it straight black prefer percolator to instant. The taste is far better and I love it strong. It just made my teeth look really bad had to cut back...
 
Instant Coffee = gross

I like iced coffee and make 20 oz the night before and throw it in the fridge. Its totally NOT gay.

But as far coffee ebing healthy goes, as long as you dont have high blood pressure it is.

Dont care enough to look it up but there is some macro study out there showing avid coffee drinkers live something like 4 years on average longer than non coffee drinkers.
 
Colombian Kroger brand no milk no sugar. But, since posting this I've cut back to 2-4 cups. My job runs my life and the boss man plus starting a new project has made 6-8 impossible. Not as bad as I was thinking it would be! Thanks everyone for the feedback.
