I ran 15-20iu per day for 4 months straight and was able to diet down to contest shape without losing muscle. I have been on gh for 2 years straight, so I might have built up antibodies. I really didn't notice a difference between ten and twenty iu.

If diet is good and you do occasional mini cuts 4 iu with no t3 and a little test can keep you single digit with 0 cardio easy. I'm talking real clean diet though.
