Target seems to update their supply every couple of months. Other places to keep an eye on are ""Hot Topic" yes, the Goth/Emo store and the website "SuperHeroStuff"; very cool memorabilia, all types of clothing, and accessories here. Oh, and just about every superhero, supervillain, etc. on this one.

I've always been a huge superhero enthusiast as I'm sure most on ProM share such a similar interest.
