It’s like one of my non-competitive bros always used to say; “If you want to get big, you got to go dangerous!”. And dangerous he went, he pumped so much gear in his right shoulder one time his whole right arm was swollen from the shoulder down and looked twice the size as his left.

For like a month he would roll up the sleeve on his right arm and face you with his right side acting like he was huge. Yeah but he was an IDIOT!

Slow, steady, and consistent is the only way to win at this game for a lifetime.
 
Your life and no offence intended....but at your age those numbers are crazy IMO

You must realize 1st I did;nt start juice till 41, w-500 test and slowely progressed. And holding 250-270 lbs at under 10% takes quite a bit of nitrogen retention.
Not sure of your age, but I probably have a better chance at 46 than you.
And more than likely look better too.lol

We are split by only 3 years. I did run cycles in my 20s and couple in the 30s, but at my current age I couldn't imagine running cycles, guess I just grew out of that mind set....I still look better than most in the gym and most certainly better than those my age.

You look great and I wish you best.
 
Congrats of being satisfied, that's what its really all about.
The heavier dosages I took were just to see If I could grow XXLarge.
I'm now satisfied with my look as well and looking to dial in on the lowest amount of gear, training and cals to maintain it.
Hopefully 150test and 4-600 primo for life. with a tick of gh of course.
 
Every body is different. For me the added weight gain and constant feeding is more stressfull than the gear.
Unless mega dosing tren and or metabolic enhancers which I never need.
For some of you kids taking out the garbage is to stressful. lol

LOL, love hearing the old timers bag on the youngsters of today. You've got some serious mass packed on you for any age, and lean too.... nice work, very impressive.
 
What do you guys consider to be light cycles? I'm talking with risk to benefit in mind for someone who does not compete.

500 test, cycle that till you peak then add slowly if you want more.
After a long summer I lose about 20 lbs lean beef even on 250test 600 primo.
My Cals in vrs cals out cant contend.
In winter when I slow The burn, I Restart at a baseline of 500t 200 deca and Add as I grow.

When you run the Deca are you worried about the fact that it is so much worse for your arteries? If you are why would you not run NPP? Just a question and I know that 200mg of Deca is about the lowest I would think anyone would want to go, so maybe you think the lower daose is safer or just as safe as say 400mg of the NPP?

Currently at 400mgs than bump to 600 till march

I just started hearing about these studies but I'm not going to toss it out.

Npp, is in for next years bulker. More of a lean bulk than the 10 pds of water deca can carry.

what mgs is your primo per cc?
 
200mgs pr ml, luckily! I don't miss pinning 10 cc's a week.
What a pain in the aas, literally..
For legit HG it would very well be worth it.
 
All, well most of the nitrogen retention without the sides.
After bulking and cutting with harsher aas, Primo is a nice break while retaining muscle size.
