A well known endo recommends taking t3 at once at bed time 2-3 hrs away from food .
I had Been splitting mine through the day and since switching this method my basal and day time temperatures have risen considerably , so just a heads up to those looking for maximum results from theire t3 I would suggest taking in this way
It is a little problematic for me as I usually have a protein source immediately before bed so have had to stop this . I'm considering adding some glutamine instead
