How is this even possible? 6 cheat meals last two days? And saying its because of the orals last days that ruined the look?
How much damage can that be?
He’s honestly a nutcase from what I’ve seen. He hates on anyone else for their approach and claims his (low test, high mast) is the only way and the best and if you don’t follow it you’re an idiot (his words).Maybe he just experimented with something new and it didn’t work out it can happen to us all I don’t think
We should throw someone under the bus for not being 100% at something that’s realistically quite hard to nail
BUT
With his attitude on his content and coming across as an arrogant know it all it really makes it harder not to have a little laugh when he fucks up (or anyone with a bad attitude)

I give props to anybody who does what it takes to get on a stage, especially a pro stage.
But I lose tremendous respect when athletes start blaming it on “orals” or “cheat meals”.
NO… 200mg of winny did not make you look worse.
NO… holding water from 6 cheat meals is not why you’re not in shape and don’t have the muscle size needed to be competitive.
Win or lose… own it, learn from it and move forward.
