Tongkat Ali and Ginger stacked

I have been reading on forums about these two herbs and I started stacking them two weeks ago, oh boy! I can literally tell the difference. Sleep is better, mood is better, stronger at the gym too----- morning wood and better sex drive. I also notice a more glowing skin

Anyone else have experiences with these two herbs? can I take them year round?

I'm taking 15grams of Ginger and 300mg of 200:1 Lumberjack(tongkat Ali)

Also take ZINC and Copper 50:3mg

Everything you list is great. I have used them all extensively over the years. I am a big fan of ZMA stacks. I think the zinc would have played a big role in the changes in your skin and sleep. Ginger is fantastic for many things but I mainly use it for nausea and digestive health. Tongkat ali will be boosting your libido, general mood and strength in the gym and well everything especially if you had low test before you started. Are you using them to recover from a cycle or just general supplerments?
