Hey Im on a cutting diet, low carbs, high protein, moderate fats but my question is having to much unsaturated fats from almonds, olive oil be reversely beneficial? Will I not lose weight as fast or what? I have about 400 grams protein/day, 60 grams carbs/day, and 300 grams fat day. I just dont want to be slamming healthy fats when its inhibiting my progress into getting lean.
