Too much supplements?

Hers a link to a local news station about a study being done saying that over doing it with the supplements may actually hurt you. I for one am over doing it with vitamin E right now in hopes of keeping prolactin down. This study says it increases the chance of prostate cancer. I'm trying to find a direct link to the study because I am interested and thought I'd share with you guys. I know we all may go a little heavy on the supplements.

You should be taking tocotrienols or a full spectrum 8 isomer vitamin E anyway.

Good to know. I actually had some vitamin e already and heard it mentioned here so I started taking it with my P5P. That was my original plan for prolactin control but I'll look into that. Thanks!!

I believe you can get some level of "vitamin e poisoning" by taking too much. Had a buddy in college taking literally 30 supplements simultaneously and he jacked himself up pretty good.

Yes I also believe that althought you wont hurt yourself eating too many apples or carrots, taking in too many vitamins for pills can harm you.
