DAY 1 BICEPS,REAR DELT RAISES SHRUGS, FOREARMS, AM..NO CARDIO.....LEGS HEAVY PM....INCLUDE STIFF DEADS AT NIGHT...SO IN ESSENCE I AM GETTING A LIGHT BACK HIT
DAY2 CARDIO ..WALK 45 AM ON TREADMILL....PM...ABS/CALVES..GIVE UPPER BODY A TOTAL REST...
DAY THREE....WALK IN AM...45..PM .....CHEST..ANTERIOR DELTS, MEDIAL DELTS.
DAY FOUR...REST..STRETCH, HOT TUB....SLEEP ...AH, YES.....BIG NAPS!
DAY FIVE...AM CARDIO..45MIN WALK....PM-BACK..DEADLIFTS, CHINS..ONE ARM ROWS..HAMSTRING CURLS AND LUNGES....GOOD STUFF!
DAY SIX...CARDIO AM...WALK 45....PM ABS AND CALF....GIVES TOTAL REST TO UPPER BODY WHILE STILL BURNING SOME CALS!
DAY SEVEN....SHOULDERS TRICEPS....THE NORMAL DELT STUFF...PLUS..DIPS OR CLOSE GRIP BENCHES.. IN THE TRICEP MIX TO GET A LITTLE CHEST HIT AS WELL....I MIGHT EVEN THROUGH IN A COUPLE SETS OF CABLE CROSSOVERS JUST TO PUMP THOSE BITCHES A LITTLE!
DAY EIGHT...REST AGAIN...
I AM KEEPING MY PROTIEN HIGH AND STAGGERING THOSE CARBS....LOW, LOW, LOW....RELOAD ON THE REST DAY.
