Nice pics Tony. I have never seen Cars allow to drive on the Beach anywhere in Australia. Weird lol! Is there a speed limit to drive on the beach? Just curious!

Yes it is 10mph but every year unfortunately someone gets killed. Just a few weeks ago a child visiting from England was run over and killed.

Squats are not called the king of exercises for nothing! You guys both look fit.....great looking couple.........nothing to be ashamed of, you cant be in contest shape YEAR ROUND....dont be so hard on yourself....and I did read a lot about these cheat meals.......get back on track and you will be in shape in no time.........both of you have crazy genetics!

funny, it was a packed beach days and while I felt fat....everyone else actually was.....sad how people don't care at all....I people watched for hours, and not person, teen, or any age seemed to ever diet or grab a weight.

We are an overweight country........its not easy to stay lean with all the tempting foods we had at our command.

thats actually good for us,,,more job for personal trainers, supplement companies, diet guru books etc etc....fat brings money if you can pull it off,,,huge market !

people are fat cuz they are lazy, but we ALL want to look good, no doubt about it, just their weak lazy minds overcame the genetically programmed mindset that looking good means more mates, babies etc etc, subconsciously

i love fat people, they love food, usually good cooks (good at cooking super bad foods lol) and usually happier than people dieting ahahhahahah
