Mother fucker, now I have to add seal oil to my ridiculously long supplement list...

I haven't looked into it enough yet, but there's a chance it could just replace fish oil and or krill oil. If not replace, you'd likely need less of it.

True. I've replaced Carlson liquid fish oil with Viva labs krill, 3 caps/day.... Trying to streamline it a bit.

Went ahead and grabbed the seal oil.

I won't be replacing it with fish or krill however.

Viva Labs krill did nothing for my lipids(which were OK anyways), so I will be trying out Seal Oil and or keeping regular intake of Omega 3s from Carlson or LEF.

The best is to use fish oil, krill oil and seal oil. All 3 have their benefits

Fish oil – Shown to reduces serum triglycerides, lower homocysteine levels, lower LDL cholesterol, and reduces C-Reactive Protein.

Krill oil – omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil are generally present as triglycerides, which are not absorbed as well the phospholipid omega 3s found in krill oil. Krill oil also contains the carotenoid astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant.

Seal oil – Contains the omega 3 essential fatty acid DPA which is not found in fish or krill oil. Population studies show that higher levels of DPA result in lower rates of coronary heart disease risks.

My regimen:

3 grams Carlson’s liquid fish oil
1 gram Swanson Krill oil
1 tbsp Barleans flax oil

Now will be adding the seal oil. I believe it states 4 a day.

What about Cod Liver Oil?

Cod liver oil has ALOT of health benefits to it but it's mainly used as a Vitamin D/A supplement. It doesn't have a lot of essential fatty acids in it.
