This is the same exact way I think of things. It's very easy to break things down and go searching for worthy solutions or preventative measures(cardio, supplements, yoga etc) by focusing on each of these important factors separately. You will find many of the better supplements that should be in every bodybuilder's toolbox often help more than just one focal point.I'd say it differently,
Control your Blood pressure (watch HR, BP and Kidney numbers)
Control your lipids/cholesterol
Protect your liver health
Keep Hematocrit low and/or check for genetic clotting issues. Almost no one does this.
Still a gamble though.
How to do that is probably 3 separate threads, not 4. because low Crit = Naringin and blood draws.
